FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The essentials on getting started, scanners, data handling and how cases flow.

Send us a message through the contact form. We reply personally, usually within one business day, confirm your professional details and prepare everything you need for your first case.

Because CINEQ works exclusively with licensed dental professionals, and because setting a practice up properly takes a short conversation. It also means you always have a named contact rather than a support queue.

CINEQ works with open STL files, so you can use virtually any modern intraoral scanner. This includes the common systems in most practices, such as iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Dentsply Sirona Primescan and CEREC, Dexis, Carestream, Shining 3D and Planmeca. If your scanner can export an open STL file, you can submit cases to CINEQ. Not sure about your setup? Contact us and we'll confirm it for you.

Once your practice is set up, you send the intraoral scan together with your clinical instructions. We'll walk you through the first one personally.

With data minimization and pseudonymization: cases run on a case reference rather than patient identity, and only production-relevant data is used for manufacturing. Please don't send patient-identifying information through the contact form.

CINEQ coordinates production and delivery of your case. As a rule your case reaches the practice around seven days after you approve the treatment plan.

Yes. Send us a message and we'll arrange retainers or a refinement for an existing case. We have your case on file, so there's nothing to re-enter.

Email contact@cineqaligner.com or use the contact form. Never include patient-identifying information.
